Critical: Quality, ValueMy client and her friend went to get their nail polishes and the nail polishes was thick. I don’t know if it was get or what and it took hours to get the polish off we tried nail polish remover didn’t work we went back to try doing it ourselves. They gave us cotton with stuff on it then gave us a small bottle so we can go home and do it if not they was gonna charge us for taking the nail polish off ourselves. So we got home did it ourselves took about an hours having trouble getting it off it was some type of glue stuff we ended up trying to file it down with a NAIL FILER.My client and her friend went to get their nail polishes and the nail polishes was thick. Went and waited 2 hours. They were in such a hurry to get me in and out that she didn’t even file my nails correctly. They were uneven. I didn’t even get a full manicure. She filed my nails and then just painted them. After 3 days the gel polish came off. The WORST experience at a nail place I have ever had.
