I go to Paradise Nails each time i need my nails done, and every single time i go, my nails turn out better than i expect. GiGi is typically who i request and she’s fast but efficient. but i will say, everyone there has done atleast one set on me and everyone does amazing each time. i have to be picky a tad because of my job, and they always do an excellent job. wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

It’s my Anniversary weekend and my nails look nothing Like how I wanted them too!! They told me they could not do SnS with the design but I’ve been coming here for the last couple of times I’ve had SnS dip was a small design. Then they told me I would have to get acrylic for what I wanted which was fine but I would have to wait after I had already been waiting for an hour when I had set an appointment for 12:45. So, I just went back to the original SNS dip color I wanted just gonna go clean and plane;However, they didn’t properly take off all the SnS I had before. I spoke up and said something but no one wanted to fix it until after it was finished.They tried to give me a $10 off coupon for the next time but why would I wanna come back when you just ruined this experience I’ve been going here for years but now they’re not about quality they’re just about quantity. You feel rushed and if you speak up they make you feel like you are the problem I will never return here.

I’ve tried several nail places in Frankfort, and I find this to be the cleanest and most organized. The nail techs are polite and attentive, and are very careful with doing a beautiful job. No sloppy nails here!I also appreciate they have a reward system for cash payments!
