Trust me I would never come back for there is several shops in the area I can patronize. If this is how YOUR FILL INS LOOK AFTER 4 days then I definitely should go somewhere else. To call me a LIAR shows your true CHARACTER sir! Shame on you! I told everything and it was the way you responded to the entire situation from the start!By the way look at the SIZE AND SHAPE aren’t even the same… each nail is DIFFERENT SIZE and it’s SUPPOSED TO BE COFFIN ⚰️ NAIL! Where??? and this is LESS THAN WEEK I finally uploaded pics.. skin was dry taking pic(sorry)I was so irritated I didn’t care. I came in on a Friday night to have nails fill in. About a day or so later I noticed that more than a few fingers were already looking as if they needed another fill in. I called the shop and told them about my nails, and a the receptionist told me “ yeah that’s fine, just come on in when you can.” So I came in spoke with the guy at front desk, he told me I would have to wait until the end of the day, to come back basically when everyone else was just about gone. I was hesitant because that was three hours from the time I’d arrive but I figured I could just run some errands, grab food and come back. So I show back up several hours later and he’s rushing. He hitting my skin with the drill, and I’m nervous because I’ve been nicked a few times, then after taking the polish off, he proceeds to re apply the polish without even addressing the filling issue I came in for. He was going to just paint over my nails. I was so confused because nothing was wrong with the polish. My nails had gaps on some and some looked perfectly fine. He said oh, I’m not doing a another fill in for you ! Embarrassed me in front of the few people that was left… I was honestly the only black customer , made me feel like I was causing a scene, which in my opinion is expected. But I truly did everything in my power to avoid that. I paid $70 for a fill in, polish, and tip; it shouldn’t look like I need a new fill in in 3-4 days? I had to work the weekend and Tuesday couldn’t make it back to shop it hasn’t even been a full week. Some nails are filled to the cuticle some are not.I’ve been get my nails done for many many years. I don’t normally complain, but right is right. And I wasn’t rude about it, and I waited patiently, and I paid and tip. And tipped again for the fix. Another lady from their sister shop who was filling in, stepped in and fix my nails. I couldn’t believe how he was going to let me just be that frustrated after I had waited all that time and explain the situation from the start… I just want to say thank you to Mrs. Michelle for your professionalism.
