Was looking for a new salon since we moved to the area and I am soooo picky about how my nails are done. I also love nail art and Kim delivers every single time!!! My nails have been utter perfection!! The salon is clean, everyone who works there is AMAZING!! I usually bring my little kids with me and they are so attentive and good to them! I love paradise!!! Have been coming here since the beginning of the year when it was recommended by a friend. Was looking for a new salon since we moved to the area and I am soooo picky about how my nails are done. I also love nail art and Kim delivers every single time!!! I arrived an hour and a half before closing for a mani and pedi as well as eyebrows. As the pedicure person was very rough and rude and grabbing my feet and pushing them around it was ridiculously rude! She was frowning the entire time! Meanwhile, The boss owner I’m not sure what she was it was very nice and worked on my nails while this person was on my feet. I was very uncomfortable chairs actually hurt! Every other place I’ve ever been at Of the play care was a very nice experience this was actually painful in more ways than one. I then was handed off to another manicurist who was pleasant but very very rushed she won it to go home and couldn’t stand extra literally 10 minutes without rushing through my manicure And eyebrows she was practically running to get home. It was a very stressful situation not relaxing or pampering feeling and all!

This is the Best Nail Salon and Spa in Westchester. Period. My wife has tried them all and she always raves about this place. The owner Jill is so kind and very professional. I doubt the other negative reviewers as they seem to be fake reviews. My wife gets her nails and eyelash extensions done here by Jill and I get my manicures done weekly. Always clean, always professional, consistently great service! I Highly Recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. The quality and cleanliness are great. They are pricey. This evening, after getting out of work late, I asked if they could accommodate me for a manicure, pedicure, and waxing. They said it was not an issue. At the end, I was rushed out. They don’t seem to cater to people who aren’t white and rich. I’m very disappointed. At one point, one of the elderly ladies asked a Hispanic worker to ask me how I wanted my eyebrows done. I laughed at her. I teach English and I was born here. I’ve recommended them to my friends and have bought many gift certificates to give away.
