I made an appointment to get my nails done here and I specifically ask for one of the nail techs which I was recommended to by a friend. Considering it was my first time here I did not know who she was. As soon as I have arrived I wasn’t asked my name, or who I was here for, I was rushed in one of the chairs. I did let them know I had an appointment. I got a complete different nail tech, no she did not have a name tag or anything. I did not realize until the other nail tech came from the back and sat next to us. By that time it was to late to say anything cause I was half way through my nails. The lady that did my nails, her work lasted me 3 days it was poorly done, not done correctly at all. For the amount I paid I am furious. Never going here again.

Critical: ProfessionalismAfter my pedicure I could barely walk because my toenails were cut way too short. The nail tech would not listen and gave my partner square nails. Also, the owners refused to honor a gift card not once, but twice, during two separate visits. Very nice ambiance and amenities though.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I got my nails done originally some place else but they cut my nails too short and messed up my cuticles and I needed to fix my nails ASAP and walked into Paradise Nails because it was so close to my house. They did great! I was ushered to a seat and the lady was so nice and understanding. My gel polish extensions look super natural, clean, and feel super duper smooth! I enjoy the atmosphere here. Generally very good service and friendly, welcoming staff. Employees seem happy. Love the nice little shoulder massage they give when you’re done with the manicure or pedicure. And like another reviewer mentioned, the leg and foot massage that comes with the standard pedicure is wonderful. Clean and attractive place. Though their prices are not out of line with the area, at times I consider trying a cheaper place – but I always find myself returning to Paradise Nails for the pleasant staff and atmosphere.

Ellie did a thorough, gentle, clean looking gel manicure for me tonight on a walk-in appt. I was instantly greeted and ushered into a chair that was pulled out for me. I recieved a massage in the chair for 10 mins (extra charge), and he even gave me a little extra time. the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, with spa music and TVs with CC. Ellie used warm towels and I could see the equipment had been sanitized. she did not over file my nails, which was my biggest concern. I pay $25 at another place, this was $30 and WELL worth the extra $5. I really enjoyed this experience and will be back again!
