Men’s manicure was good, they actually paid him attention and did a great massage. Dip nails with extensions were terrible. They are lumpy and misshaped. When I tried to say something more than once I was just told she wasn’t done yet. Nails are less than a week old and they’ve already lost any shine. I was cut multiple times as well. No message completed. Pedicure was decent. She didn’t really get at the in grown nail but at least that tech did a massage. Would not go back.

This is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I came in and was welcomed by this lady with a horrible attitude. Upon arriving asking for Gel, she was already giving me attitude, which I initially ignored. She proceeded to be aggressively angry when I asked her VERY KINDLY to adjust the my nail filing because it was not the shape i wanted. She started painting my nails with the initial base and I told her the filing isn’t how I wanted yet, and she proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t done. Ok, but why are you painting over it? She didn’t even clean the cuticles until I pointed it out. I didn’t get the hand massage and whatever else was part of that package, but at that point, I just wanted to get out of there. I asked her to clean the mess she made with my nails and she proceeded to agressively tell me to go wash my hands in a very unnecessary manner. Go somewhere else in the North Beach, you’ll have better service.

I truly enjoyed this place the staff was friendly and very accommodating. My nails were done exactly how I wanted them and they look great. The atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful. The only salon I will go to when I visit San Francisco. Acrylic nails

Critical: Qualitydon’t go! I went today for the first time and I will never return. First of all they took 1 hour and 40 minutes, without exaggeration. I asked for a french gel manicure, and as you can see in the photos they made me the white line super wide and ugly, even though I showed a picture of a slim classy french manicure They were also “aggressive” and they gave me a wound that started to bleed and then they put acetone on it. Zero careful. They charged me $ 55 for this horrible manicure that I am ashamed to wearService: Manicuredon’t go! I went today for the first time and I will never return. I had a very relaxing pedicure here on a Sunday evening. The spa is quiet and calm on the inside with around 9 pedicure chairs and two manicure stations. The pedicure chairs and foot baths are clear and modern. My cosmetologist was effective, fast, and professional. She fixed a broken toe nail I had and made it look great/smooth once polished. Very nice no-frills service. The music is calming, and there’s no chatter. I fell asleep during my pedicure!

I had a wonderful pedicure experience including massage chair, foot massage with hot towels and all. The rate is very reasonable and Anne was so nice. I recommend people get here to support this great local business!

I stayed in San Francisco for three nights and was looking to get my nails done before flying back home to Switzerland. I chose Paradise Nail Spa because I found their studio appealing and the staff friendly. Although they were fairly busy just before closing time they were very welcoming and took time for me. Each and everyone did an amazing job on my hands and feet, including a shoulder massage! I would absolutely recommend Paradise Nail Spa and am looking forward to getting my nails done there again when I am in San Francisco next time.

I never write reviews, but I am so disappointed and angry with my experiences here that I have to. I have been getting acrylic nails for about a year now. I can usually go about 6 weeks without breaking or losing a nail. I got my nails done the first time, 2 weeks ago. I just moved in right across the street, so I was excited there was a nail salon so close. The older lady, Anne, was doing my nails in the pitch black. She just had one light shining on my hand. I kept seeing flaws with it, nicks, unevenness, and extremely poorly shaped nails. I went with it because she was getting attitude with me when I tried to point out things that I didn’t like, including the shape. So finally when I was paying, she said $45.00 for a fill and one missing nail. That is extremely high compared to other salons around. I was never ever offered a shoulder massage, even thought the woman next to me was getting one. And I know she over charged me because she got off work 15 minutes late. So I tipped because I have worked in the industry and that is what I do. Then a week later, my nail just snapped off. Painful of course and I had to try to file it down because it was so sharp and I couldn’t get it off. So I went back the next day and she (Anne) fixed it, as she should have. Still very unsatisfied because it looks poorly done, just like all the others. Then, now only 2 weeks out from getting my nails done, 2 more broke today, completely off. And another one looks like it’s about to. I am so angry and fed up with this place. I would not feel this way if I wasn’t charged so much in the first place. Women are talking about massages, and this and that. No it was terrible. Not only that, I could probably do my nails myself from how many times I have seen them get done. Anne looked very inexperienced and barely used the dremel to file my nails. I was picking gel and acrylic out of my nail beds for days after.. Maybe it wasn’t this place, maybe it was my terrible experience with this woman. But what makes me the angriest is that I paid so much. If i paid $20 bucks, I would expect it to be a poor job. When I walked out the first day, I paid $60 dollars for uneven, rigid, thick and chunky, inconsistent nails that I have already lost 3 of. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Learn from my mistake!
