My initial visits 3 years ago were great with a 5☆ rating. Well the lady named Nhi that was doing my nails is long gone. And I’ve had nothing but neg experiences since then. Hence the 1☆. Nail fungus is my most recent experience & my final straw. Horrible work. Check out my pics of what I got versus what I had to fix once I got home. Y’all whack!

Last night I went in and got a new set and green tea pedicure. I have been stressed and my friend convinced me to go. My nails are horrible. Shapes don’t match nails on one hand are very sloppy and thick. Don’t know y I bother with this place. Been before with my daughter. And once alone. My daughter convinced me to go with her cause her nails always look good. She said maybe I got a bad tech. But I used her same tech and nails were jacked up too. NEVER AGAIN

This place is absolutely disgusting went here a few months ago for a pedicure and got a fungus under my toe nail. So i only got my eyebrows waxed from them after that happened. I went in today to get a eyebrow and lip wax, and my entire face broke out in bumps instantly! I walked out with oil all over my face i looked like a glistening donut. Why did she rub oil all over my face? & they refused to refund me and kept saying it’s the weather that made my face break out. I am not allergic to anything on earth clean your tools! I don’t have sensitive skin at all so there equipment was definitely dirty. Please anywhere is better than here

I wanted the tip of my nails a different color and the lady said , they only do one color. I asked for 5 layers of dip powder and she told me, we can only do 3 ( otherwise they’re too thin and break easily). She called the manager over and he was going on and on about why they don’t do more than 3 layers of powder. ( I have not ever heard of this from all the nail shops I have ever been to) They charged me $50.00 ( I normally pay $40.00 to get this done) after all of that. I will not visit this place again.

I absolutely hate my nails and the lady who did my nails did not care even though I told her I didn’t like them. They’re lumpy and have specks of dusty in them. The top coat is dripping off the sides and she cut me twice! I asked her black nails with yellow and aqua designs and instead of her saying she couldn’t do it she kept telling me it couldn’t be done at all. She also had an attitude when i told her I wanted my other set soaked off instead of being popped off like they normally do. I’ve given the place plenty of chances but I’m done! The nails are either crooked, lift after a few days, have gaps, lumpy or just looked super rushed.

Came for a pedicure and left my feet super dry definitely did not feel relaxed they rush don’t let your feet soak long enough and has sloppy results never again over priced for the work Pedicure
