I have been to this shop about six times now, with mixed experiences. The first time I was there, I was overcharged with no explanation. I went back to try it again and was told by the manager that they’d had trouble with the receptionist overcharging and she’d taken care of it. The manager did a wonderful job on my nails and I was charged what I expected. The following times, I had different people each time. Two were great, two not so much. Today, however, I was charged and extra $5 for “shaping.” I wanted the same shape I walked in with that had been done at this place the last time my nails were done. The problem was that the tech didn’t understand how to do the shape, so another lady came over to shape them. I was certainly not told that would cost me another $5 on top of the already expensive $45. I won’t go back.

Will be going somewhere new. My daughter and I got mani/pedis and it took them maybe 30 minutes and the next day the gel polish was chipping. Went back and they wanted me to pay to redo polish. I had already spent $175 so paying again for their mess up didn’t happen.

Although the guy that did my pedicure did a good job the entire reason for going is to get the roughness off the bottom of my feet; I’m use to the “cheese grater” not a small emery board. I’m so mad every time I look at my feet or get in bed and feel them scrape the bedsheets. I spent $50 on a pedicure that looks and feels worse than what I could did for myself. So mad. AND she put the polish on so thick two hours later I messed my big toe up scraping it on something. I really should just go ask for a refund. Pedicure
