Literally the worst nail salon to get a pedicure. It was not relaxing at all & the woman who was doing my service was rushing everything the whole time. She wouldn’t even give me a minute to look at all of the pedicure options. She kept holding the menu herself & just pointing to the prices, repeating them over & over. I wanted to see what each different package included but I couldn’t even look at the menu without her hand reaching across pointing and repeating numbers to me the whole time. When she first began, she felt the need to keep telling me that my toenails were uneven before she cut them. Like.. that’s obviously why I’m there to get a pedicure. I chose to go with the deluxe package which was supposed to come with a 10 minute massage. This lady completely skipped over the massage and went straight to painting my toes. I guess after she realized she forgot that part of the pedicure she tried going back to the massage while the paint on my toes were still wet. Needless too say, she got the paint everywhere. She had to repaint them & tried “massaging” me again. It was very rough & her nails were digging in to me the whole time. Also, that 10 minute massage was actually 3 minutes. She took my payment while I was in the chair (she wasn’t even done with the pedicure yet) & then she came back and finished which I thought was so weird. I would understand her taking my card if she was finished but she was literally in the middle of everything. Towards the end of it I saw that there was a red string stuck in the paint of one of my toes & I told her about it but she was so rude about fixing it. After all of this and more, I don’t even like the look of my toes. She did a messy and terrible job. I should have went with my gut & went to Lotus Nail & Spa like usual!

I like the way they do my nails. And when enough staff, there will be one person doing my fingers and one on my toes. They usually do a great job. Comparable prices. Friendly staff. I got gel polish in #115 pink. I don’t recall the name of it. Both fingers and toes.

I paid $120 for Mani-pedi with gel nail and facial wax for my beach vacation. My fingernails came off after 2 days. On third day, 1-1/2 toenails peeled off and I had to pumice my heels. My pinky toe wasn’t even filed. After a week it looked like it should have been 3-4 weeks.

Based on some of the negative reviews I was very nervous to try this place. I am glad I went. I do not live in Carrollton but wanted to get my nails done while waiting on my daughter’s performance.

Not even a week and they are lifting started lifting the day I got them done disgusting. I came in wanting a fresh simple lavender colored sett. The lady at the counter suggested blue. Instead I DIDNT WANT BLUE but whatever so I go to set a soak of that lasted well over an hour and burned so bad. Then one lady starts gluing on tips without finishing the clean off from the old acrylic HOW RUDE!!!!!! Might I add then she sends me to another man who cut my nails wayyyyyy to short then glued the rest of the tips on didn’t clean or clip my cuticles then started layering acrylic on when mind you there’s still old acrylic still stuck to my nails he doesn’t care keeps going and starts trying to talk to distracted me. My nails are all different size some skinny some fat. And now not even a week later they are all lifting and the day of they started lifting. Mind you I don’t do hard labor at work I just click a computer screen and I paid 60 something for them. So not worth it quite disappointed and really want to go back and say something to them.
