I adore this place! I have been getting gel manicures and spa pedicures here for years. Karol is the absolute best and she even cuts my ingrown toenails. The place is clean and the staff is friendly! It is a little on the pricier side but well worth it for the service.

Sadly, today was a disappointment. I enjoy coming here specifically to get my gel manicure done by Jenna; she is honestly the best. Yesterday, I spoke with the male receptionist, very nice individual, and explained to me that Jenna is usually only available for eyelash extensions, however, I explained that Jenna usually does my gel manicure on days she is available for nails or has spare time between eyelash extensions. We agreed on a time for today. I work shift work so for me to have scheduled this appointment was very rare and wanted to “pamper” myself-which I only do once in a while. I showed up today and was told Jenna was unavailable and there may have been a mistake. I explained there was no mistake. The receptionist explained although my name is in the appointment book for 5pm today, that maybe the gentleman was confused, and asked me to come back some other time. I declined. This incident was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I was made to feel very embarrassed in front of other clients. Although I do not plan to revisit this salon again, sadly, I do wish the receptionist would have offered a discount for my return or a complimentary visit for my troubles. Perhaps then I’d reconsider and return as a client. Instead, I felt as if the receptionist pushed me aside to say “next, please.”
