Very knowledgeable of products, procedures and details for questions I had. Clean & cozy. Very apparent to be following all covid-19 sanitary expectations as well. I really like going here. But sometimes you show up for your scheduled tanning time and there will be nobody there, and they don’t do anything to make up for it. The prices of the lotions are pretty expensive too. Other than that, I have never had a problem with the staff being rude, and the beds work pretty good.
