I am usually a regular customer and went in for eyebrow threading. A new woman was heavy handed and while threading my eyebrows she said “oops”. I thought my hair was in the way but no she made my eyebrows razor thin. She said she couldn’t give a refund because I didn’t tell her I “didn’t want thin brows” and that she said “oops because they look so good” lose a customer over $18? Horrible threaders and customer service

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have naturally thick and full brows. I came in to just get them cleaned up, and keep the same shape. I’m out of town and took a chance to try this place. The lady who did my brows was rough and took off most of my brows leaving two thin lopsided lines!!! I have cuts all along the sides of my temples. She completely changed the shape making both brows overly arched which is what I did NOT want. When I pointed this out, she said it looked fine to her and if I wanted more off she could take it off. There’s nothing more to take off!!! I have no brows left!!! Do not be naive like me to believe these 5 star reviews. I have been getting my brows threaded for over 20 years and no one has messed up my brows like this. It will take forever for them to grow back in. I must have gotten the same person as the other recent 1-star reviewer, because my brows are ruined. I went in on a Monday evening with thick brows (thanks to a year of quarantine) and came out with them thin and mismatched. One of my brows is significantly thinner than the other, and somehow this person managed to completely flatten the arch. Why?! I know every brow place has a bad egg, but I’m very upset that this was my first experience with threading after over a year of not being able to get threaded.

Was in delaware for some work and i randomly searched for brow places and i found this place. Well, im glad. The owner did my brows today. I went around 6.00 pm. It wasnt busy. I love this place. My only concern s the parking. You should probably check the time she s not busy, else you are struck with the parking.
