I absolutely love this place! I started out going with just sessions to try it out, I am now doing the membership monthly! They staff are absolutely fantastic!!! Always very helpful and very attentive! It is pricey but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and I’ll pay for this place which is always clean!!! Friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! Also very knowledgeable about the tanning products! I have not left this place without a smile on my face every time!

I got a spray tan on Saturday morning it was an amazing experience. Tiffany is an expert and so kind. Front desk staff (can’t remember their names) were awesome too. The color is flawless on my skin. I will be coming back again and again! The tan shade is perfection and I look like I’m wearing airbrush makeup and I am not. So so happy.

THIEFS!!!! Stole my mother’s necklace after she got done tanning she left it on the table by mistake. Then later realized and called back. Employees had no idea about it. Funny how beds are cleaned between client’s. Clearly place is full of junkies.

Poor customer service. One day you have to make an appt the next you don’t. Went in for last session without appt because the previous time I didn’t need one. Turned me away, ok, however a week later I came back with an appt and they told me my session expired 3 days ago… good customer service would be, “sorry sir, we should’ve told you your session would expire, sorry about the prior week turning you away, go ahead and get your last tan.” Nope they just looked at me like sorry about your luck but we could care less. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I called and asked if I had sessions left on my package and the girl explained yes I have 2 left. I said schedule me one this evening at 5pm. They said ok we have you down. I show up at 5pm and they said sorry they expired the girl this morning was “out of it” and was wrong. So I drove across town based on information they gave me and instead of letting me tan they said it is $15 for a single session. I wouldn’t have drove there had they told me this. They could of said our fault go ahead and tan this time since it was our mistake but they didn’t so I will spend my money elsewhere.

Unfortunately this establishment is under poor ownership. I purchased a month of tanning for the bronzing bed in late September 2018, I paid $73. My sister then got diagnosed with terminal cancer and I left the state to help her in her last days.

If you want the best tan for your money this is the place to go!!! You are getting nice new, hot bulbs and knowledgeable staff!! I’ve tanned with them for years every since it was Ashley’s tanning and I love them!! Paradise Cove is kept clean, the people are friendly, the bulbs are always hot, and they always have a special of some kind going on. They also don’t let you burn…they will tell you if they think you’re going in for too long. Best place to tan I have been!
