I love paradise cove! Been going here about a year and don’t plan on going somewhere else any time soon. The girls are so nice, they effortlessly spark up an interesting conversation and I find myself there chatting for an hour before I even tan. Love that. It’s like a little hangout spot. Haha They greet you at the door, they are knowledgeable about the tanning products, and they always make sure everything is clean before services. I do the platinum monthly. I come out so dark. Between the beds and the awesome selection of lotions, I look like I came back from a vacation in one session. Kelly is the one who set me up my first time there she took her time to make me feel welcome and showed me everything PC has to offer. She is awesome. Today is the first time I’ve ever done a spray tan. Kelly educated me on the color options and after care and she also recommended which one I use. She even took me back to the bed herself and showed me how to do it. I took a shower apprehensive that the color would fade but it did not budge. If anyone is looking to try a new tanning spot within the mantua area be sure to check out Paradise Cove. Keep up the good work girls and a shout-out to owners and management your business is fabulous!

I love tanning here. The girls are always so nice and quick. I purchased level 2 for 70ish dollars for 1 month when first starting to tan for the year. When that’s complete I then purchased level 1 which is approx 40ish dollars to keep my tan throughout the Summer. Last year I tried Hollywood tans and it took me a month to get the tan that I got here in 5 sessions. The drive is further for me than any other tanning salon, however it’s definitely worth it.

Coming in as a guy I was a little intimidated knowing it would be a staff of females. My friend who works there had convinced me to come try it out. Once I did all the girls were extremely welcoming and explained to me that it was 50/50 for men and women who tan at the salon. It made me feel much more comfortable. I now go in with no hesitation. Ugh, so front desk people should represent the company and how you want your customers treated. I just came in for the 1st time, she didn’t welcome me, she didn’t try to sell me on anything, couldn’t explain the difference in the color. She was just blah. Then when I realized I had left my i.d. and asked if my husband could send a photo or email copy she just said No and was so not helpful. Which I can understand needing it but she wasnt even saying “just come back” It was her whole energy…like she just rolled out of bed. When I went to get my id…I went to another salon and had a TOTALLY different experience. She welcomed me and was so helpful. It’s not hard to be nice and welcome someone. She ruined my experience there and I won’t come back because of it.

Every time I’ve called with questions the girls were very, very friendly, gave me different suggestions on spray tanning and how long before I should go before an event etc., and when it came time to go in, were very helpful. Let me just start by when you walk in it’s so clean, and the staff (aka my favorite girls) greet you ALWAYS! They are so sweet and will help you with any questions or anything you need in general. Just that alone makes this the best tanning salon hands down and around! And let me talk about the tanning part. Girls or guys, please just go for the platinum level. It’s soooooo worth it!! And make sure you buy lotion FROM THEM! Don’t by lotion off Amazon because it’s cheaper. You honestly do not know what they could be putting in there. I have nothing but great things to say about my favorite tanning salon! I wish I could give them waaaaayyyy more stars because they deserve it. Today was my very first spray tan at Paradise Cove and Alaina was a doll. She step by step walked me through everything even came in the room with me and broke it down piece by piece. She made me so comfortable (as she always does) but even more so with this. Offered all her tips and suggestions and even said if ya need me just shout and ill run over. It already looks amazing 1 hour later and I cant wait to get my next one! So much better and safer than bulb tanning! Thanks so much lain!! Xoxo
