I have been going to Paradigm Salon for a couple of years, and have Stephanie as my stylist. She is great and have become to call her my friend. She is professional with a vibrant personality. When I first went to the salon, I came from another salon and had a bad experience with my color. Since going to Paridigm, Stephanie has always done my color perfect and my haircuts. My daughter is going to Stephanie now, and thinks she is wonderful also.

I have been a going to this salon for many years and cannot recommend Holli enough. She is kind, thoughtful, patient and also great at what she does. I will only allow Holli to work on my brows (I have had bad experiences at other places before) and she also does a great job with my nails. I highly recommend the salon and Holli in particular. She’s truly wonderful!

I love my hair stylist and the whole salon. But while I was getting my hair done a guy with pink hair kept staring at me. He works there too. I was here for a long time because my hairstyle takes a bit of time to do. During the time I was here he made me feel so uncomfortable. I also feel like he kept repeadtly asking everyone if they wanted a drink of coffee or tea too much, he asked them( the same person) multiple times. He really annoyed me and bothered me. I love this salon don’t get me wrong. But he made my experience at the salon not as enjoyable.

The stylist compelled me to say yes to what she wanted to do with my hair and cut too much off. They’re very catty and only one girl at the front desk acted like a normal, stable adult. The others literally popped pills and talked drama nonstop. I don’t see how this is an enjoyable experience at all but I tried to like it Haircut

The nail tech Hollie was nice but evidently tired and noticeably messed up several of my nails. What’s worse is that I would have to pay more to get them fixed by her. The waxes were fast but done WITHOUT GLOVES. Very unhygienic. Won’t be going back. Waxing, Pedicure, Manicure

I heard about Paradigm through a class mate several years ago and have been coming here ever since. I love my hairstylist Janet, she listens to what I want and gives great recommendations based on my hair type. If there is ever a time that I can not get in with her based on my schedule, I feel comfortable seeing someone else, Donna V is another one I highly recommend, because anyone I have ever gone to has always done a wonderful job. The front desk is friendly and truly do their best to accommodate. They also have a small nail salon which is a little bonus.
