I was sitting outside in my car (it was cold, don’t judge) and called to get on a wait list for any last minute cancellations for a facial. After being on hold for nearly 15min, I walked in to find 4-5 females at the front talking. No apology. No care for customer service failure. Got my answer within 2 min. Why couldn’t they just tell me on the phone? They didn’t care that I was sitting on hold while they chatted away. This place was amazing back in the day. I LOVED my girl who did facials, waxing, etc. But it’s gone downhill over the years. I always refer people here….. but no more.

I really enjoyed my facial and pedicure. I took off 1 star because the pedicure room seemed like an afterthought and storage room where they had space for manicure and pedicure services. While I did enjoy the pedicure chair, it was not the normal massage chair. It was low to the ground and I was asked to put my legs up in a manner that required a little flexibility. All I could think about was my mom and how glad I was she hadn’t come with me due to her limited mobility. I did miss the back massage I usually have during my pedicure.

Someone took my phone number down incorrectly (Lyn?) last Thursday, and during the confirmation calls on Monday they canceled my Tuesday [aug 2 at 1:00] appointment. I went here to get a consult on my hair, the lady cut off chunks in 2 separate places to do test strands, it’s been 3 weeks and no message back so now my hair for no reason just has 2 spots of missing chunks and no results to show for it, just incase you all also go in for a consult. Becareful

Love this place! Idk why I haven’t left a review sooner but they earned my review for sure. I love Brandy as my stylist, I went in with the goal to go blonde and on my second trip I surprised her and asked to go green. I regret nothing and it came out beautifully. I let her run wild with it and it was a blast, I fully trusted her to take care of my hair to her best ability in the entire process as well. I will most definitely go back if I’m ever back in the area!!

Not curly-friendly! Called ahead of time to see if anyone had experience with curly/textured hair, specifically a dry curly cut. My stylist immediately combed through all my curls (huge red flag), cut it, and sprayed my hair with water before sending me on my way. Huge disappointment, especially for the price! I had my hair done by Brianna and purchased all of the products she had recommended. the color completely disappeared within 2 weeks, upon calling to express my concern, i was told that they can’t do anything for me and that a “fashion color” is super difficult to keep in my hair. I was not informed that the color would disappear completely at the time of my appointment, it was only after i had spent well over $300.00 that they decided to tell me, not to mention, the process severely burned the back of my scalp causing scabbing. I called again a few days later to speak with the manager Susan, she told me that she would speak with Brianna and call me back the next day, after a WEEK I called the salon to follow up since Susan never did. She told me that there is nothing they can do for me and I would have to spend even more of my money to fix this mess. I feel like I have been ripped off and taken advantage of. I will not be returning. All because the stylist did not inform me fully… what a giant disappointment and a waste of my time and money. DO NOT GO HERE
