Had an opportunity to get a facial at this wonderful little gem in Havre de Grace, MD. They offer several services including, massage, skin care, pedicure and manicure, and teeth whitening. Very professional and knowledgeable, Rosemarie helped me to decide what was best for my skin, and I can say, my skin feels great. Looking forward to my next visit!

Had a very relaxing experience. Heather who did my manicure and pedicure was very nice and easy to talk to. The place has a very nice atmosphere set in an old Victorian house. Even when getting a massage the place does not have a clinical feel at all like some places do.

Called to let them know I was displeased with the massage from Leo. I talked to the manager who said “I don’t know what to do for you”. Didn’t offer to possibly help me by offering a massage with another masseuse. She said “then you can go somewhere else”. This was for a 95 dollar massage and then she said “well if you can’t afford it you should go somewhere cheaper”.

I had an absolutely relaxing, rejuvenating and refreshing experience. Alliteration aside, I would like to first compliment the staff on their warm, welcoming personalities, knowledge and experience. They truly make the session all about you. The atmosphere was also very comfortable, calming and accommodating. I enjoyed the facility resembling a toasty hearth of a home setting, opposed to a medical facility. Lastly, the experience of a deep tissue massage was euphoric at very least. The therapist was very professional, thorough, and skilled in reading the body’s needs and knew exactly where to focus. I can endlessly attempt to explain the experience, but I suggest trying it for yourself. I am certainly eager to return and experience their other services in the future.

My wife and I didn’t spend long here, and we certainly won’t go back. We chose this salon specifically for its high reviews and spa-type setting, and we were looking for a place as local as possible so we could make a habit of regularly visiting for manis, pedis, and facial treatments. When we first visited the address at we were disappointed with the hours of operation, but coordinated to come back as soon as we could. Today we visited at noon, two hours before closing (2pm on a Saturday). Nobody was present in what we assume was the reception area and nobody greeted us (even when the door chimed), so we walked into the back (the business is out of an old house) and found two ladies with clients receiving manicures, who immediately greeted us with cold, annoyed stares, not saying a word. My wife immediately apologized, feeling like she wasn’t welcome, explained that this was our first visit, and asked if clients were seen by appointment only. One lady hesitantly responded in a deadpan voice that they take walk-ins sometimes. When my wife asked if she could get a manicure, the ladies looked at each other simultaneously and said, “No, don’t have time.” Nobody offered to schedule a future appointment or even offered an apology. It’s hard to put into words the overwhelming feeling of snotty judgement we both received. We walked ourselves out, feeling icky.

Wonderful place! Awesome place! Need I say more. You won’t be sorry. Acne problems……a must if you have them. Problem skin rash’s on face. Cleared it up so quick. Facial’s awesome. Great products. Great people.
