Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been here about 10 times, trying to give this place a chance. This last time was the last straw. My new set of dip acrylic nails literally dipped in on the top, the top coat started coming off within 1 day, the nails were not the same length on both hands, the quality of the shape of the nail I wanted which was coffin was poor, and I’m not sure if she didn’t do the steps right or not but the color didn’t set right so it was really messy. They’re affordable, but they’re extremely sloppy and quick not in a good way. Very rushed and poor work. I called to ask if I could get this color removed since she did a terrible job on them and just get a different color, and she said I would still have to pay $45 for a new color regardless of all of her screw ups. I have been here about 10 times, trying to give this place a chance. This last time was the last straw. My new set of dip acrylic nails literally dipped in on the top, the top coat started coming off within 1 day, the nails were not the same length on both hands, the quality of the shape of the nail I wanted which was coffin was poor, and I’m not sure if she didn’t do the steps right or not but the color didn’t set right so it was really messy. Critical: ProfessionalismWent here to get a manicure for my sons wedding my daughter got a Mani Pedi By the next morning my nail was already chipping so I went in there to have it repaired after all it was for my son’s wedding, obviously important! The owner lady I know was talking bad about me in Vietnamese didn’t understand her but smart enough to know that she was trash talking me. Went here to get a manicure for my sons wedding my daughter got a Mani Pedi By the next morning my nail was already chipping so I went in there to have it repaired after all it was for my son’s wedding, obviously important! The owner lady I know was talking bad about me in Vietnamese didn’t understand her but smart enough to know that she was trash talking me.
