This was my first visit to Papillon & I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable. Jen shampooed my hair which was a treat in itself. Fatih cut & styled my hair (which was badly in need of styling) and I am so pleased with it! So much better! I called to schedule my next appointment as soon as I got home & spoke to the same lovely, patient & friendly receptionist/coordinator/person who makes it all happen who made my appointment for me today and was helpful and patient in every interaction. I left there today feeling so much better. Yes, I would definitely recommend this salon.

Kristine is amazing. I have never loved my hair color more. She was very professional and accommodating and really exceeded my expectations.
