we usually do walk-in services and that took about 2-3 hours which was understandable as a walkin, told us to make an appointment ahead of time or else they wouldn’t take us in, we made an appt and still took 2 hours. don’t know why you say to make an appointment if it’s going to take as long as a walk in. horrible time management sound like to me.
