Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a Christmas gift for a massage at Paparazzi Spa. The massage was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The team worked well together. Sharee did an absolutely amazing massage! While I know self care is VERY important, I realized I was not making me a priority. Before I left that day, I resolved to get a massage every month and booked my next appointment. I received a Christmas gift for a massage at Paparazzi Spa. The massage was fantastic! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The team worked well together. Sharee did an absolutely amazing massage! While I know self care is VERY important, I realized I was not making me a priority. I had my first ever dermaplaning facial with Sharie back in August, right before my birthday. She explained the procedure to me and was very gentle! I had a lovely, relaxing experience. Fast forward, I just had my 2nd dermaplaning facial with Alisha yesterday, and again, it was so relaxing! Their little shop is so beautiful and you can tell they put so much love and effort into every little detail. I appreciated the calming music and scene on the screen while I waited, as well as being offered a little bottle of water! Both women are very kind and a pleasure to deal with! I found Paparazzi Spa through Groupon and I am so thankful! I had my first ever dermaplaning facial with Sharie back in August, right before my birthday. She explained the procedure to me and was very gentle! I had a lovely, relaxing experience. Fast forward, I just had my 2nd dermaplaning facial with Alisha yesterday, and again, it was so relaxing! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI purchased 2 massages on Groupon and it said, “we could purchase up to 3 per person”. However, when I got there on Wednesday Dec 28th, 2021, they informed me, that they only accepted one per customer and I had to get reimbursed for the extra I purchased. I didn’t argue and all I asked for them to proceed and cancel my second appointment and refund my $50 security deposit. The lady who massaged me that day, apologized and said the lady in charge of processing the refunds was out sick but will refund the deposit on Friday Dec 30th upon her return. Mind you guys, today is Jan 15th and I haven’t heard back from them till today. I have called multiple times and have left voice notes but still nothing. I really advice everyone to not go to this facility. They are unprofessional, dishonest and try to scam people. However, when I got there on Wednesday Dec 28th, 2021, they informed me, that they only accepted one per customer and I had to get reimbursed for the extra I purchased.
