All I can say I’ve never met such a wonderful and talented group of ladies who work at Paolo Cuppari! They treat you like family and their work ethics goes above and beyond. The receptionist Michele is awesome! She always calls me back and does the best that she can to squeeze me in! Christina is wonderful! Actually, all the girls are professional, talented and wonderful women who have a unique talent for haircuts, color and other specialties. I drive from over 40 minutes away just to get my hair done here! Everyone is always extremely friendly and welcoming. I always leave with a smile on my face and feel like I get personalized attention from the staff. They are very accommodating and do amazing work, my hair always looks fantastic!! I can’t say enough how great this salon is. From the warm welcome you get as soon as you walk in you know they truly care about their customers. My stylist for the past 9 years has been Debbie. She is absolutely awesome. I love to color my hair and she has brought me to vibrant beautiful red and this past year we went to a warm caramel brown. The expertise they have at this salon is what I’m truly happy about. They know to take care of your hair so it will never be over processed or unhealthy. They take their time and the end results are always beautiful. When you’re there you feel like you’re part of a family and I can honestly say I’ve never felt like that at any other salon.

I have been going to Paolo Cuppari Designs for years and I can honestly say I wouldn’t let any other salon touch my hair. Even when I lived in PA and NY for school I would schedule my time at home around when I would be able to get my hair done. All of the stylists are highly trained and fantastic at what they do. Everyone at the salon is not only talented but super friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for products and services most appropriate for your hair type. Christina, the owner, has been my stylist for over 15 years. I couldn’t really imagine anyone would be able to color and cut my (naturally curly) hair like Christina could. However, as a result of Christina’s dedication to mentoring and training her staff, I am delighted to share how extraordinarily pleased I am with Nikki! Although young in her career, Nikki is mature beyond her years, displayed by her professionalism and knowledge of color and cut trends. I love Nikki’s upbeat personality and enthusiasm, especially how much she enjoys blowing out my hair and her ability to tame it! I have naturally dark brown hair and Nikki has done an exceptional job of gradually applying blonde highlights while maintaining darker roots. This type of process could be very damaging if not done properly. My hair is super healthy and the compliments I receive, I attribute to Nikki! I travel 30 minutes and it’s so worth it, I will never go anywhere else!

This is a fantastic salon! I have naturally curly hair and, most places I have been to in the past have no clue as to how cut it. By far, this is the first place I have ever gone to that knows how to cut and color my hair to perfection. Their entire staff is exemplary and they do everything to make the experience pleasant. I get compliments all the time and often from complete strangers in passing. I highly recommend Paolo Cuppari as a five star salon destination!

Michelle did such a great job offering me suggestions for ways of styling my hair at home that were flattering for my hair type and listened to all of my concerns with patience and kindness. She even handed me the comb to do my own part the way I prefer it. The girl who washed my hair was very sweet and complimented me on my tattoos, and the girl at the desk made me a cup of coffee while I waited. The decor is nice and it smells so good when you walk in. The whole experience was great. Highly reccommend.

I wish I could give Paolo Cuppari more than five stars! This is by far the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. The service is outstanding. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. Christina and every member of her staff always go above and beyond for their clients. When you leave the salon your hair looks amazing and you feel you’ve just spent a few hours visiting with friends.
