Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis salon should not be accepting appointments for nails. We made an appointment for a bridal party to get our nails done. It took two hours for one crooked and lumpy looking set of acrylics. The woman doing the nails was shaking the whole time. She nicked my niece’s fingers with the sanding tool and made it bleed, and the polish was sloppy looking. We ended up feeling really uncomfortable and had to cancel our bridal hair appointment with them for the following day. This all could have been avoided if they had been honest with us while booking the appointment. Please don’t tell a bride-to-be that you can perform services you cannot perform.
