I did bridal makeup here and I’m not very happy with my hair bun. I went with pictures of the bun I wanted to do and my own makeup. The manager said my bun idea won’t look good so I trusted her to do her own thing and I didn’t like it so she did their own thing again to fix it instead of just doing what the client is asking. I regret not pushing them to execute my vision bc now I know my look would have turned out better if I told them what to do from beginning. I don’t like that she used white plastic bobby pins in my hair and cheap lashes too lol the lashes were such a pain to take out bc the woman who did my makeup used a lot of strong glue. They were uncomfortable the whole night. I had to work really hard to blink and at one point the lash glue was so much and hard it bit down on my lash line. I regret not brining my own lashes and not pressing them on fixing up my hair. Their prices are good if you want to save money but idk if I would go back for my next big event mainly bc they kinda just like to do their own thing plus they are busy.

Walked in and even though I was there first, other previous clients who also walked in were given special treatment and put ahead of me. And when I was finally called the woman who did my brows did an disgusting job. One eyebrow is curved and the other is arched and thinner than the other. I take pride in my appearance, and to have to wait for my brows to grow back makes it so frustrating. Place was also dirty. Don’t even try to come here. They’re the worst salon!!! So unprofessional and rude! The staff is so unhygienic. A lady was plucking my eyebrows today and she was using a tissue paper, it fell on the floor and she continued to use it despite me telling her to get a new one. NY DOS should do a inspection and teach them how to do service! Pedicure, Waxing

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The customer service is lacking, the actual establishment needs so much work done and the management/staff have major attitude problems. Never returning. My mani/pedi was clumpy and she filed my nails LOPSIDED. I ended up taking the nail file and doing it myself. They are nasty, disgusting and have terrible attitudes when you ask for PROPER service. AVOID THIS PLACE EVEN IF ITS A NAIL/EYEBROW/HAIR/MAKEUP EMERGENCY. While I was there I saw numerous clients experience the same issues I was.
