I visited once last winter (2021)and had my hair done by Kerri. My hair turned out okay but her catching the brush on my eyebrow bar, leaving me sitting at the sink with my head cranked back while the water took time to warm, and scratching my scalp with her nails and not even asking if I wanted my hair dried or styled afterwards left a lot to be desired.
