It is a very clean, professional and friendly environment. My hair has never been better in both color and cut service. Michael, the owner, is my stylist and he is exceptional! I can always count on prompt appointments with little or no wait time. I do miss Debbie who was an amazing manicurist there until recently. It was so convenient to have your nails and hair done in the same location. I have been a client of Pandolfino’s for 7 + years and have always had the very best service. It is a very clean, professional and friendly environment. My hair has never been better in both color and cut service. Michael, the owner, is my stylist and he is exceptional! I can always count on prompt appointments with little or no wait time. I booked an appointment for a keratin treatment for my daughter. I did it in person. The appointment was for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I spoke with the stylist, Lisa, who told me that the process starts about $150 and depending on the length and thickness of the hair it would be more, which I completely understand. The appointment was then canceled by the salon that morning as the stylist was sick and rescheduled with Mike for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I came to pick her up and they said it was $400! They told me that Lisa was new and hadn’t been with them very long and they don’t even offer that service at the salon! They did the more expensive treatment, the”Brazilian Blowout”.

The receptionist was very rude. We came in at 1 pm on a Saturday and my husband needed to get a haircut desperately. They were quite empty and we were willing to wait. He was told he couldn’t have his hair cut there because they wanted to leave early. I was also planning on scheduling an appointment for later that week for a very expensive cut & color treatment (~$300 worth), but since the receptionist was so rude, we decided to just leave. I hope leaving 3 hours early on a Saturday is worth our lost business.
