Truly the worst experience. I came with group and they had me wait for along time on the table but somehow still finished with the rest of my group. The lady deliberately avoided my knots. I left feeling the same way I came in. Literally everyone I cam with said they felt rush and the massage was horrible. I never had a massage where they didn’t oil you down. It was truly dry. And on the website it says they do hot stone. I gave a tip and honestly yes it was small (service was bad- paid for a whole hour and didn’t get that) and the dude decided to calculate my tip amount in front of me and laugh and say it was a bad amount. Took my money back and walked out.

I used to have a traditional massage in the Philippines (Hilot) which was so satisfying and helped me with my muscle pain but I also have been to different massage spas across the country and to the other countries I’ve traveled to. However, I would just love to commend this spa especially Aili because she was the best in her craft and she took all the extra baggages in my life ( hahahah).

I regret going to this place, I thought the reviews here are real but the day I went to this place my experienced are terrible, the lady in the front desk and I assumed also the owner she did my massage..while we are at the middle of the massage(THIS IS TWICE HAPPENED) someone is ringing the doorbell and she went outside to open the door and talked to the customer to come back after an hour, she went back to the room and continued the massage a few minutes her business phone number is ringing atleast 3x that time and she had to picked up her phone answered them until I asked her DO YOU HAVE OTHER PEOPLE ASIDE FROM YOU WORKING HERE? She said there’s one but she’s not at work that day, so that day she’s doing a MULTI TASK. And I believe there’s only two people that time her husband and her doing the massage .

This place does GREAT massages, my masseuse worked on all the knots in my back and it was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask if the pressure was good and to make sure I was doing okay. I got a full body massage and it included hot stones. I will definitely be coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a massage from there the room wasn’t clean the masseuse was in a hurry. I was rushing to get out of there and left my sunglasses. When I tried calling them and told them that I left my sunglasses they hung up on me several times. If you value your time and property find another place. You deserve better.
