i’ve been going to this place for almost 2 years and i just now was like …did i ever leave a review? i just had to come and let y’all know that the amazing woman who owns this shop is one of the most talented, knowledgeable people i’ve ever met. getting your eyebrows done by someone new can be worrying but this is a place you can trust. i have sent all my friends there and everyone’s been obsessed. the eyebrow and eyelash tinting is amazing. 10/10

She messed up my eyebrows because I missed an appointment. I understand the cancellation policy but there is other ways to handle that not purposely messing up my eyebrow, then proceed to argue with me saying she knows what she is doing. Will never go back here. Eyebrow threading

Critical: Quality, ValueWent as a new customer because of good reviews. I had been growing out my brows and she took quite a bit and did not attempt to make them somewhat even. She took calls during our appointment and seemed distracted. I got a tint done and it was extremely sloppy in application ( I had to remove dye at home that went outside my eyebrows and made them look even more even/squared off my ends). I didn’t really inspect before leaving so did not say anything. Had I looked in the mirror, I would have asked to not pay for the service. Went as a new customer because of good reviews. I had been growing out my brows and she took quite a bit and did not attempt to make them somewhat even. She took calls during our appointment and seemed distracted. I got a tint done and it was extremely sloppy in application ( I had to remove dye at home that went outside my eyebrows and made them look even more even/squared off my ends). When I walked in, the first thing she said “Do you have an appointment?” Not even a hello. I get that she is booked, but her body language presents as if we are inconveniencing her. During my threading, she was receiving numerous calls from her personal phone which I didn’t mind albeit distracting. While she did a good job shaping my eyebrows, they were not even. One arch was less precise and I felt that had she not been distracted with her personal calls, she would’ve done a better job.

I’ve been here twice now. The first time I didn’t have an appointment so I felt a little unwelcome and rushed but my brows looked okay and the shape lasted for a good time. The second time I called ahead of time to make an appointment and I am satisfied with the service. I would definitively recommend making an appointment if possible. Also the price of threading here makes it better than other salons in the area.

This lady is the best brow threader in the Lehigh Valley. The ladies in the mall are good but this is another level of detail. She spends quality time making sure each hair follicle is perfectly aligned. I will always go here whenever she is available. She has groupon deals too for new customers!

I found panache on google maps when I search for eyebrow threading. I’m from TN, just here for business. I am very impressed with the owners work. I have thin but wide eyebrows with no shape. I have a hard time finding threader that really know how to care for my eyebrow and give me a nice arch. She did an excellent job, if I lived here she would be my go to

My Mom and I have been going here since 2014 and we have had no complaints! Binita, the owner, really pays great attention to detail when doing our eyebrows and they always come out perfect. The prices are also very affordable which is a great bonus. Overall, I only have good things to say about Panache and I highly recommend coming here for not only threading, but facials as well.
