Everyone on the staff is super friendly. There is a relaxed vibe to it and they play current, pop-type music on the music. The staff that does sugaring is super sweet and good at her job.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityOn Friday April 2nd I was able to get in and see Amber! She was my hair whisperer! After visiting another salon a week prior and paying 100.00 for the wrong color and the wrong cut and getting my hair fried I came to her a mess and with tears of regret. I explained what I had asked for at the previous salon and explained that they had fried my hair. Amber knew just what to do to help the repair process of my hair and to achieve the color that was closer to what I had originally asked for. An hour later I walked out of the salon feeling fabulous and I have gotten so many compliments at work on my hair. Amber definitely has a talent for hair and I can’t thank her enough for that day! Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad a massage there April 2021. Older lady at front desk required my payment before the massage and rudely informed me they had a price increase even though it had not been updated online. The masseuse did good but for an Aveda Salon, I expected essential oils. None offered. Unfriendly..never going back!

I’ve have had my hair color fixed by Madi after some terrible “at home” attempts when everything was shut down. She did a great job fixing the color and Cut. Later I took my 20 month old son there for his first hair cut. We had Ann Marie and she was so patient and careful with him – if he got upset she waited and would help distract him before she continued. Great experience!!!

My daughter had a horrible experience with a recent appointment. Both the color and cut were atrocious, and when she complained she was put off for two weeks , and then told she would have to pay for a follow up. She has gone to this salon for 6 years. After reopening, they were obviously very overbooked and just didnt want to take the time with her long thick hair because it was eating into their time too much. All customers deserve equal effort despite their hair type. Not only have they lost her as a customer, but in this world of social media, they will ultimately lose much more.

We were staying at a Gull Lake Resort, and the spa had no openings. We decided to see what was available in town. Panache had an opening for my wife and myself. The price was considerably cheaper than at the resort. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The massage was incredible. INCREDIBLE!!! My massage therapist was very in tuned with what I wanted/needed in a massage, and she delivered. I would not think of going anywhere but Panache for a massage if I wind up back in the area.

$182 for a color and cut!? I was in shock and should have asked sooner. Nothing about how I was treated, the color or the cut supported the outrageous cost. When I called the next day for an item by item break down I was told that the price of materials had gone up. My color is plain and boring, as is my expensive hair cut. My family doesn’t like it, nor do I. Prepare yourself for average services with outrageous prices!!!

Supe cute set up, clean, and happy atmosphere. Had a massage and it was one of the best that I’ve ever had. They offer a beautiful relaxation experience with a high end feel. It’s an Aveda Salon also so it smells incredible!
