Ended up with a darker hair color and you could not tell if I had highlights. She said that my hair will get lighter and that I will see the the highlights. Went to see Kari and loved her. I was nervous as I’ve had bad past experiences with other salons and we move a lot. So finding someone new is always scary! I’ve got thick curly hair and she did a wonderful job. Listened to what I asked and did exactly that.

I’d first like to add I gave 1 Star because 0 stars was not an option..3 weeks ago I decided to get a cut, color and deep conditioning done. Unfortunately, that amazing just left the salon silky hair feeling didn’t happen for me. My hair was left feeling gummy, I can barley run my hands through it without breakage. My hair is now dry and damaged. I was absolutely beyond upset, it took me almost two years of growing my natural hair out, just to have it destroyed by this place. When I called to complain about my service to a manager/ anyone in charge. I was left floored, when I was informed by the office receptionist that they were in NO WAY held responsible for the stylist, and all they were willing to do for me was pass my info on to the lady who did my hair( of course she never called me). Lastly before she hung up she asked,”if I’d like to have another stylist fix the damage done to my hair (damaged by there stylist), however I’d have to pay out of my own pocket to fix the damage (because they were not responsible for their stylist)”.

I love my experience in panache salon! As soon as I came in I was greeted and asked if I’ve been helped. Also karli did just a great job with my hair!! I got a lot of compliments. I will be back for sure!!!

Had a consultation appointment. Stylist spent thirty minutes bragging about all their loyal customers, how they don’t need anymore and then recommended me to everybody else in the salon. All I had were questions. Left completely brushed off like I was nothing.

Thank you for the amazing customer service. I believe it was Julie who helped me get a walk in appt set up for a cut and style. Super sweet and very approachable. Thank you to Amanda Johnson for coming in on short notice. I definitely recommend this salon over any other in downtown Hanford.

Made an appointment for a haircut & color. Waited 30 minutes with no text that the stylist was never going to show up. After a phone call from the salon and a message over IG. The lady said she worked late and wasn’t even awake yet if we could reschedule. As if my time wasn’t important. Not coming back.

Pete Navarro is a magician when it comes to hair! I have been to many stylists over the years and Pete is the very first one I have come across who truly understood my explanation of the style I wanted. He knows how to cut and style hair taking into account one’s facial structures. He gave me the perfect cut to compliment the shape of my face, and the texture of my hair. He is the mild mannered Clark Kent who turns Superman when scissors are in hand!
