I’ve been going to Panache Salon for years and have worked with a few of their stylists. The ladies are all very friendly and caring. They ask how you’ve been doing since your last visit…you know the kind of place you start to belong. Have been very pleased with my cuts and colors from Nicole, Stefanie and Amanda. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was quickly approaching my surgery date and my hair had gone through Covid Rapunzel Syndrome. I was already frustrated with it being too long- I’d never tell someone to cut their hair just for a surgery but I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore. I was done with it and (for reasons) I couldn’t see my regular hairstylist. My friend recommended her stylist, Kristin. I really can’t say enough good things about everything that went on there. It must be scary to have a new client come in and ask for a drastic cut, especially with my eyes as big as saucers with excitement. I told Kristin I would probably just have my hair in braids during my recovery, but I haven’t done that once because my hair looks exactly how I wanted it to when it’s down, today was the first day I felt up to playing with a curling iron with it, and I’m just so happy with it. While my haircut was exactly what I wanted, the other great thing was the environment, everyone was light hearted and positive energy and very sweet, wishing me well with my surgery and lavishing so much attention on their clients. Kristin asked me questions as we finished up that definitely made me feel as though it was extremely important to her that she got it right with me before I left the building, which I really appreciated.Every step, from setting an appointment, to paying for my haircut, was smooth and positive. I had so much anxiety about my surgery before I walked into Panache, I felt like I got a great haircut and got my head on straight at the same time, I walked out feeling relaxed and ready to go with well-wishes from the staff, which was incredibly sweet. I was quickly approaching my surgery date and my hair had gone through Covid Rapunzel Syndrome. I was already frustrated with it being too long- I’d never tell someone to cut their hair just for a surgery but I just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.
