I went to get my nails done here and the lady who did my nails destroyed them. She seemed to be rushing even though there were no other people waiting. The drilling hurt a lot and the polish was splotchy and has bubbles in them. My cuticles are also now cut up. This was $65. Gel manicures

I went to get a manicure and I asked to get gel nails and the girl I had even recommended the gel set because she said they would last longer than acrylic nails. Has not even been two weeks and my nails are breaking and falling out! For the 65 dollars that I paid and the tip that I left her, it was not worth it at ALL!! They really need to do a better job for the price they charge. Hate that I wasted 65 dollars and even gave her a tip for a terrible job done.

They rushed through out the hole process. They filed my real nail to much until it started burning and filed my finger until it bled a bit. I’m currently in my car trying to fix the horrible job they did. Not worth how much I paid!!

I had an issue in the past with a different tech which we discussed and spoke about the difference in language barriers and culture. She welcomed me right back with a smile and was happy to see me and remembered my children and family like we just spoke yesterday. The person I had for my pedicure and nails this time was NOT good! I normally have a great experience when I go there, but unfortunately not today. The guy rushed through my pedi so fast I didn’t enjoy it at all and then my nails don’t even have polish on the sides and you can see the old polish on edges of a couple of my nails. I’m going to have to go somewhere else and pay again to get them fixed.

This place could care less what kind of service they give!! God forbid you ask for a specific person to do one request when you signed in for three services why should you have to wait they have no urgency no personality and I will not waste 1 more dollar at this business I’ve walked out several times cause the just leave you sitting there.. it’s sad you can’t get decent service any more you walk about sending roughly 120 every visit feeling like you through your money in the trash!!!!!!
