Calling all girls! This place is perfect for a relaxing day at the spa! My nail tech was so amazing! She was kind and made me feel welcomed. They even played the instrumental version of perfect by Ed Sheeran !! I got a french manicure and it turned out amazing. I felt like Kim Kardashian!!! My pedicure was gorgeous, relaxing, and filled with drama filled magazines. My trip to this spa was also educational. I learned how to make salads from Martha Stewart! Sorry getting a little off topic, but this place is 10/10!! I loved it here! Definitely recommend!! #spaday

I gave my daughter 2 gift cards for Christmas one for a massage and one for a facial. She used them this past weekend and afterwards was told that the prices had gone up and she owed them $30.00!! This was ridiculous and a really bad look for them. Neither of us will be going there again after they pulled that stunt.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time I got a haircut it was alright. The one thing I didn’t like was that she was so rushed to get my hair done that didn’t even listen what I wanted (that was with Alex R.) I did like it so I’m like alright whatever. The second time I got a haircut with Sarah D and I was SOOOO BAD. I asked her for a cute TRENDY nice shot hair and I got a 10 year old haircut. I looks so bad I had to go somewhere else to get it fix a couple weeks later. She said I’m gonna cut it and then at the end if you don’t like it I’ll cut it more, I didn’t like it so I asked so more and she gave me an attitude like seriously!!! And she didn’t even do it. I’m not going back to this salon. I’ll pay whatever amount if I like the place but honestly this place is over priced for no reason. The only thing I like about this place is the app in your phone but that’s pretty much it. I love Panache and Dana, my hair stylist!! I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done! I’ve had 5 friends go to Panache because of how my hair looks! Dana does amazing color and soon she’ll be doing my hair/make-up for my son’s wedding!! Staff is awesome – always welcoming!! Highly recommend!

I went in to panache after hearing great reviews. The salon itself was very nice as well as the staff. I wanted a color correction because i had box dyed my hair. I talked to them and understood that they would dye my hair a color close to my roots and blend it. I ended up paying $125 for it to look exactly the same. Big waste of money.

Going to Panache feels like visiting my favourite neighbours. I remember walking in for the first time and feeling intimidated because the place is posh-looking and let’s face it, I’m not! The smile I got at the reception desk that day put me at ease, and I stayed for the service I had booked. That was a while ago and now I visit Panache regularly.
