I also asked for the money piece highlights and she turned my bangs yellow. Did not tone after highlighting it.I went home to see if I could style it myself and it was not able to. I asked for a refund because it was so terrible. She hung up on me. Now I have to file a claim with my bank as fraud to get the refund. Will not be returning. Critical: Punctuality, QualityHaircut felt rushed since they were running behind by 40 minutes (they said it was because they helped another person who was super late to their appointment, which made all appointments behind). 10mins after she started on my hair the next appointment showed up. Asked for long layers and ended up with the choppiest layers I’ve ever had only around my face that stopped halfway down the length of my hair looking like a partial mullet that I had to fix myself once I got home. Lot of straggly hairs were missed in the trim that I had to fix myself. Left with half blow-dried, damp, frizzy hair not styled.
