Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityCalled and scheduled my bridal trial makeup and hair(blowout) about a month and half in advance. Today came (the date for my appointment) and I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late. They asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me that I no longer have an appointment, the gal who was scheduled to do my hair and makeup no longer worked there. The woman on the phone told me that they had called and left me a voicemail, however I never received one call or voicemail from Panache. I was excited for my appointment and wish it went well. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, based on lack of customer service. I cannot speak to the quality of work, but the quality of customer relations is bad. When you have a cancellation, make sure the person who holds the appointment is aware. It isn’t fair that I planned my whole day based on the idea I was getting my hair and makeup done to be let down like this. Called and scheduled my bridal trial makeup and hair(blowout) about a month and half in advance. Today came (the date for my appointment) and I called to let them know I was running a few minutes late. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was very pleased with the results of my haircut, style, and color. Makayla was sweet, friendly and professional.
