We just went here for haircuts for my two little boys and husband and couldn’t be more impressed. The owner, Pam, shared several emails back and fourth with me about my soon-to-be four year old who has had major meltdowns with previous cuts. The boys were able to play with toys beforehand and then allowed to take the toys with them to the chair. They were already at ease when they began, and when my son started to get anxious Pam talked him through it and made the cut fun for him. Not a single tear was shed, which is just mind-blowing. My other son is fair-haired and Shannan knew exactly how to cut it. Both boys received a cut that was awesome, one on the longer side and one shorter one. No awful cut bangs to be seen! My husband also got a great cut from Shannan. They got to pick a toy from the box to finish and the toys were actually awesome. Last point: Totally affordable. When you have kids there is nothing worse thank spending a fortune for cuts. We will DEFINITELY be going back here for all future cuts.

I got a very nice cut here. I made an appointment and was taken right on time. No wait! My stylist discussed what I wanted and made great suggestions! She gave me a good style and paid attention to all the details, eyebrows, sideburns and the back of my neck. I paid a very reasonable price and left a good tip because the service was exceptional! I will return here for my next cut and highly recommend it to everyone.

No parking and cash-only can make it a little difficult to access. Additionally, the staff doesn’t always listen to the client- went in for a chin-length bob and came out with a shoulder-length cut with rather clunky layers. Additionally, my stylist didn’t ask where I preferred to part my hair, and gave me a straight middle part (I usually have a very deep side part) which made my hair not lay well. I understand that I was running late, and I appreciate Pam’s for being so accommodating, but I would have gladly cancelled my appointment and come back later if it meant getting the haircut I wanted. Pam’s has low prices, but going to a salon with better parking, friendlier staff, and the ability to pay with a debit card is worth the few extra bucks I’ll spend. Sorry Pam!
