I arrived around 4 pm to get my dip nails removed. When I walked in the lady at the front desk said it’ll be about an hour wait so I said I would come back because I had other things to do. As I was walking out she said to come back as another worker was arriving. I then proceeded to sit in the chair for 45 minutes while my hands soaked in acetone the whole time. Finally someone came to remove them, trim them (not evened out at all though), and put some clear gel on them because he insisted. I said fine and wasn’t out of there for another 30 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minutes for a dip nail removal seems excessive to me and if your in the need for a quick and simple service I would not recommend Pampers. Not to mention it was $25 bucks in total even with the inconvenience.

This salon is my favorite In Fayetteville, but one thing that really frustrates me is their inability to honor your appointment. I try to always make an appointment, yet there have been very few times they start my nails within 30 minutes of my appointment. Today I waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. If I didn’t make an appointment, I would have no issue waiting so long. If you have an appointment that you have yet to start, you should probably take them before walk ins. Very unprofessional.

I went here yesterday to get acrylics. Worst nail experience in my life. I don’t know his name but the guy that did my nails kept getting too close to my cuticles cutting them. I have cuts on 7 of my fingers either on the cuticles or the sides. And to still charge me was just ridiculous. You would think out of common courtesy he would not still charge me full price. Never going here again.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityPaid $45 for short, full set using gel polish (clear pink). Idk if that’s decent pricing, but I asked for pricing and they wouldn’t let me know. Just said it starts at $30 something even though they knew exactly what I was asking for.Anyways, my nail tech after being done filing my nails, used the nail filer to scrape off all the nail residue from the station we were at. Also, after filing my nail plate before sticking on the fake nail, she brushed the residue off my nails and brushed her nails off and the station off with the same brush. The station was not wiped off whatsoever after they were done with the previous customer. And I had scheduled an appointment, only to wait an hour and the lady took just 25-30 to do my short nails.The only decent person there I think would be the female who answers the phone more often and greets people but she also is a nail tech I believe.This was on Dec. 21, 2020.Pictures are from 4 days later.Service: ManicurePaid $45 for short, full set using gel polish (clear pink). This is my favorite nail place in town, and I’ve been to quite a few! Even though sometimes I’ve had to wait, it is well worth it! My nails turned out just how I wanted them to, and I have gotten several compliments on them. The staff is very friendly and I will continue to come back!

Having to be passed off to another nail tech after the one you chose claims he has appointments on SATURDAY after telling you over the phone that he didn’t take appointments on Saturday to just walk in… first come first serve. My pedicure was adequate. Nothing great. Nothing awful. Maybe priced a tad high. But what upset me was the $2 convenience fee added to my bill because I used my debit card. A debit card is NOT the same as a credit card and mine can only be used as a debit. I called my bank and they told me it is actually illegal for a business to add a surcharge on a debit card transaction.

This nail salon is a complete joke the owner just refuse service because his nail tech messed up one of the nails and had to fix it no one was disrespectful in any shape form or fashion because he wanted to put his foot down on refusing services! Not a problem I hope people wake up and see this type of treatment is not OK as well paper nails on Ramsey street should not be in business to do nails if they cannot accept some type of correction when it’s needed especially if someone’s paying 100+ dollars on their services. Nail broke the next day didn’t have a problem with paying for it to be fixed but the owner stated he’s not fixing it!! A pure joke!!
