Good luck scheduling an appointment. The owner provided a bunch of excuses why her phone, voicemail, FB inbox (on her multiple pages that we’re supposed to just know which is which), shop phone (the Bohemian where it’s located), more than 10 calls over the last week were made with a few actually ringing. Most went straight to voicemail. Leave a message right? Nope, voicemail box is full. After all of the attempts, we lost faith in her ability to follow through and asked for a refund for the $200 gift card. She refused. Said it’s her policy. It’s not on the gift certificate. She didn’t mention it. She said we should have text her. We called, messaged FB, emailed, and tried to leave voicemails but couldn’t. Don’t waste your time and effort. Definitely don’t buy a gift card. When I told her that I’d leave reviews about the experience with her, she claimed that I threatened her and said “I’ll be around.” NEVER HAPPENED. I never said that whatsoever. Then she said, you can still come in and use the gift certificate. If I “threatened” her, why would she want me around? We couldn’t get an appointment the first time, why would we continue to try? Definitely don’t trust her to do a good job if she’s fabricating statements and making policies up on the fly. She said she only shows three calls from yesterday and messages to her old Facebook page (which again, calls weren’t returned yesterday). Just sharing our experience so hopefully you won’t have to have a negative one.

She’s so well rounded in the beauty world, I come to her for nails, facial treatments, and even spray tans! Always answers any questions I have!
