Booked mobile massages for my husband’s celebration. She (Shelly) confirmed she would be at the hotel by 11:45AM. I called to see if my husband could help with equipment and no answer. Called several times before I received a TEXT stating that she’s canceling and it was after the appointment time. At that point, my time was wasted because we could’ve booked elsewhere. When I expressed that my time wasted and that this was very important to us, she proceeded to tell me I was getting nasty with her. Claimed I never paid a deposit (which I sent proof). Needless to say I am still waiting for my deposit and disputing it. She’s a waste of time and BAD for business. WOW GREAT FOR YOUR BUSINESS. NOW HARRASSING ME BECAUSE I EXPOSED YOU. LOL. I’m Glad I could edit this so people can see how you treat your dissatisfied customers. Good Luck and please don’t contact me again.
