I normally don’t complain much but oh my… just got my nails done at pampered nails. I asked for black nails with a simple design and half way through (after agreeing to the design) the nail tech said mmmmm next time for design and I was like ok next time.. I love this place will come back again. I finally found a place as a minority that I feel welcomed. I really have small nails and when I get them done they usually don’t last pass a week. At PAMPERED omg more then two weeks could have lasted for a month. They are wonderful lady’s, great service. I really recommend coming here and especially as a minority. LOVE YOU PAMPERED NAIL & SPA

They are amazing! Other services are offered, but I’m not well vetted about them, apologies. Just know it’s an incredible atmosphere and beyond worth the visit…or three. Make an appointment, wash your hands before you sign in. There is an rewards program. The customer service? Stupendous. I came in this week as a walk in and had been there once before and had the dazzling manicure and pedicure and loved it. Kate did my manicure today and my nails looked gorgeous. I am a retired chiropractor and my hands mean everything to me so she made them look truly amazing. Would highly recommend because they are truly professional and artistic as well as very friendly. Wow. I was very impressed. I came in this week as a walk in and had been there once before and had the dazzling manicure and pedicure and loved it. Kate did my manicure today and my nails looked gorgeous. I am a retired chiropractor and my hands mean everything to me so she made them look truly amazing. Always clean and very comfortable, VERY friendly staff. They truly pamper you, massage chairs and hot rocks for pedis, pillows for your back during nails, water, smells nice. I look forward to this every 2 to 3 weeks to recharge my spirit! Oh and they always do a beautiful job, my dips look very natural…this is 1 week after being done.

was definitely tricked here. But not ever again. The dip powder is not worth the price! I will not refer anyone or return back there unless I get a manicure something simple that does not require anything fake! The add ons is where I went wrong. Lesson learned at this place do not do add on nail tips unless you pay more to have them add thicker layers of dip powder on them otherwise they are not worth adding on your fingers. I paid $71 bucks for my nails to just have white tips and yet they are just not worth the money no way what so ever will I waste my money on that at this shop. The tips look great once they are done. I honestly felt they where worth the money when I was done but a few days later they broke just me scratching my skin. This has never happened to any nails I have had. Yet these break to easy even just picking up a broom and washing my hands. I am not that rough. Other than that the staff seems cool for now and maybe a pedicure I might try there in the future. But after having horrible experiences at these nail shops in Massachusetts I do not know if I will ever go to any. I rather travel back to VA to get them done they are perfect professionals. I miss them very much.

I was looking for a local manicurist in Melrose who was good with dip powder. I asked on the Melrose community page on Facebook and pampered nails got many great reviews and Kate and Annie were recommended numerous times. I made an appointment and had my nails done with Kate, it was a great experience. Very friendly atmosphere and Kate is lovely. Rescheduled before I left!
