I only come here to get my toes and eyebrows done. They aren’t good with designs here so I go somewhere else for my hands. I have been coming to this establishment for 4 years. Today I came in the morning. I was their first customer of the day and I wanted my eyebrows waxed. The technician waxing me was rushing for some reason. When I was done, before she even handed me the mirror she said she took off too much hair on one eyebrow. So I looked and sure enough she wasn’t kidding. There was a huge patch of hair missing in the middle of my eyebrow. To put salt on the wound the technician started LAUGHING! Not once but twice! I had to express to her it was not funny and I was very upset. I told her I was not paying for this service and her response was, “ We don’t want your money.” I exited in tears. The customer service and professionalism here is nonexistent. She had no remorse or empathy. Because of her negligence I am stuck with a deformed eyebrow. I have to figure out how to cover up with make up until it grows back. I will never come back here.

This place is great. I made an appointment earlier today and when I got there they were slammed, like any nail salon would before a holiday after the work day. They could have rushed on my pedicure but they didn’t. She still gave me a more than AMAZING foot rub (like 15 minutes!) and although i even felt the pressure to get people in the chairs I never felt my time was rushed. That shows a lot to me. I have come here many times before but not consistent enough to be remembered and they gave me great attention.

Best nail salon I’ve found. Their shellac lasts at least 2 weeks; I can’t get it to last more than 8 days when done at other places. The pedicures are great! They actually massage your feet and calves. The salon is very clean; they use the tub liners which is nice to see. The prices are very reasonable/cheaper compared to other salons and is a great value given the high quality services. Thrilled I found this gem so close to home.
