Critical: ProfessionalismThe women did a good job but when it came down to pricing the owner was overpricing me it was ridiculous and I’m sure she tells every customer different prices because there’s no way those little stripes should be $20 more extra!! And then she said $5 extra for “shaping” like what shape?? They’re a regular shape what did you want me to do leave them looking like a gravel? She was using every way to get more money out of me and I was very offended by that. And I’ve been coming here for years and they are really not that good. This is the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life by Bien! I’ve been struggling to find someone that will get the shape how I wanted and she did amazing! I will never go to anyone else. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Pedicure

I complained to the nail tech “Theresa” about my daughter’s nails and she raised her voice at me, so I took my concerns to the owner and she took sides with her tech! Very unprofessional location. It seems like they are more concerned about getting people in-and-out quickly to make money. They should take more care in the quality and professionalism.

Stopped in for a basic pedicure for an upcoming appointment with a foot specialist. Basic must equal much less attention as I was in and out in under 30 minutes which included time for the technician to set up the footbath/water temp. Base coat and two coats of the color I chose. No top coat which I did not understand at the time and then thought perhaps the color I chose had something special in it. This was a Wednesday and by Saturday there was chipping on two toes and today, a week later multiple toes showing chipping. I understand basic manicures only last seven to ten days; however, I have had basic pedicures last three, four and even five weeks. Won’t be going back.

My 9 year old granddaughter was visiting me 8/22, I decided to treat her and myself to a mani/pedi. We went on a Tuesday in the late morning. We were given a silver book with a brand of nail polish I had never heard of. We were not offered a name brand such as essie or opi. The pedicure itself was not that terrible, both techs did an acceptable job, my granddaughters tech took a much longer time massaging her legs than my did. When the techs finished. We sat for 10-15 minutes to let our polish dry. We had shopping to do so we walked next door to teeters, half way round the store I looked down at my feet and saw the polish was already off two of my toes. My granddaughter’s polish started coming off later that afternoon on both her hands and feet. I had gone there before and had not great experiences (cold water for a pedicure, hot water line was broken, but still charged the same price). The salon is conveniently located however needless to say, I will not be going there again. Terribly disappointed!

Most of the ladies that did great work has left Pampered Nails. You can barely get a decent job done on your nails now. My advice…get the name of the nail tech and stick with them if they do a good job! Gel manicures, Pedicure
