Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had an appointment at 12:00 I’m soaking my toes for pedicure, the girl who was suppose to do my nails is still working on her 1st appointment. I paid 20 deposit for this appointment! Then the girls friend who was in the shop does my nails. Not sure if she was even Licensed to do nails. The other girl kept saying 5mins which then turned into an 1hour later. Never did she apologize for NoT even doing my nails, but her friend who was in the shop with her. For all I know she could have been the janitor who did my nails! I had an appointment at 12:00 I’m soaking my toes for pedicure, the girl who was suppose to do my nails is still working on her 1st appointment. I paid 20 deposit for this appointment!
