You have taken the first step into rejuvenating your skin while receiving superb natural nail services. My name Is Nikki Campbell and I have over 15 years of experience. I promote an environment with No cross contamination, fresh quality brands & products, formaldehyde-free toluene -free and DBP-free polishes and individualized satisfaction. First time clients receive a manicure and/or pedicure kit. Includes disposable moisture filled gloves or socks for UV protection, file, buffer and orange wood stick. Upon returning the client is recommended to bring the file, buffer and orange wood stick with them.

I’m strictly rating the scheduling/last minute time issues. I’m sure her work is wonderful, but never got the chance to find out. I purposely scheduled an appointment an hour and a half before having to pick up my child from school. She texted and asked if I could come 15 minutes later, which normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but in this case it was. I understand things come up. But what really got me was there was no apology, no offer to reschedule, no nothing. Wanted to become a regular customer after reading the positive reviews. But unfortunately the one negative review that I chose to ignore (scheduling complaint) is the place I ended up.

Okay, it’s been a loooong time between professional pedis for me, and here’s why: I’m a beauty professional. I took classes (in addition to hair) for manis and pedis. It’s beyond frustrating to try to find someone who knows what she’s doing!! She cancels appts last minute without any regard to her customers and she makes no effort to try to reschedule. She has done this to me TWICE. DEFINITELY don’t schedule with her if you have an important event like a wedding or vacation. Pedicure
