I wouldn’t come here if you plan to get Gel-X. My nails popped off after 4 days then most of them are lifting up, meaning they’re really not done properly. When I came back for them to fix it yesterday, they put the nail on crooked. Such a waste of money. I had to come here because I was in a rush and couldn’t go to my original place. But now I know I’ll never come here again no matter what.

It saddens me to write a bad review but the nail tech I had failed to provide a sanitary cover over the tub immersion, as was done for everyone. She accidentally cut my nail too far and then tried to fix it by applying super glue. I tried to politely ask first what she was doing and when told it was super glue I told her to please not do that. After that it was one thing after another. I have not gone to get a pedicure since I retrieved a toe fungus that I am still attempting to get rid of. Truly wanted a relaxing experience and am so sorry that I have to write this, but it should be known so it can not be repeated.

Great prices I got a basic pedicure for $25. They are open just go through the back, it looks like you can park in the back too. They have tents set up and everything is done outdoors.

My friend and I are both transgender women, we called before we arrived to ensure availability for a pedicure. The lady said they could fit us in, but when we arrived (5 minutes later) the lady at the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge us or serve us, she just kept telling us “no we can’t help you “ (her tone was extremely aggressive and cold). I have never been more humiliated, for this to happen on melrose avenue in Los Angeles is so discouraging. I work with the social justice coalition and I advocate for inclusion and equality, this shouldn’t be happening in Los Angeles of all places or at all for that matter! I’m so disgusted!
