I scheduled an appointment for nails & unfortunately had to cancel due to a work conflict. I called a week prior to the appointment to cancel & was told it was canceled & I would get my deposit back. Several days go by and I receive a text confirmation about the appointment I was told was canceled. I checked my bank account & no refund was done. I called back yet again and ask about both of those things and was rudely told by Kim it was done and would process in 3-5 days. Another week goes by and no refund. I called again asking about my refund and was told by another girl it was never processed and she processed it. Here I am again no refund still. I’m so disappointed in this customer service I don’t even want to call back for another time to get my refund processed. I have talked to 3 different people all about a cancellation and a refund it doesn’t appear anyone knows what is going on.
