First time visiting and had a great experience! I got an acrylic fill and gel pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with my experience or results. I’ve gotten nail designs before and nothing has ever turned out better than what Michelle did today.

I’ve gone to this salon multiple times now and I love it! I moved to Bothell a year ago and wanted to find a new nail salon which is hard when you had previously settled into another place. But Pamper is great, I always call ahead and plan my appointment and they can always fit me in even when I bring my sister and mother along as well. I always get a gel pedicure and gel acrylics and it’s a great experience. The pedicure stations are clean and comfortable and they work fast but don’t compromise on quality. When I get my Acrylic manicures I always come with an inspiration photo or idea and they’re very receptive and help me pick what would work best for what I want. I’ve gotten gems and charms added to my nails a few times now and have had great experiences each time. They also don’t randomly start charging you more, the price and quality is consistent. As long as I live in Bothell I’ll keep coming back!

I called beforehand to book a 5:45 appointment for a fill for me and 3 manicures for friends, and although they said they had time my nails felt really rushed. I told the nail tech two were slanted after shaping and instead of fixing it she said it was my last nail techs fault for not putting a tip that fits and left it as is, but that’s just not true because I had those nails on for 3 weeks and they looked great. Since she wasn’t very accommodating I didn’t argue. After 3-4 days of having these nails one has already started chipping a lot. I know that they deal with very difficult and rude clients WAY too often so I feel bad to complain, but it just makes me upset that I spent money there for poor quality and to be ignored about my concerns with the quality because they were rushing us to get out by 7 instead of just saying on the phone that there was no time. I definitely will not be going back for acrylics at least, but my friends with manicures really liked their time there.

Usually get the gel manicure and regular pedicure and this place gives a great leg/foot massage. They also do a great job with the polish application is neat and skillful. Highly recommend trying them out!

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken care of immediately! I had never had such quick service before. It had been over a year since I last had acrylics and my nail tech (Kaylee) did such a great job! She’s clearly very skilled and had me in and out in under an hour with fantastic nails! I will definitely be coming in again for fills and whatnot. If anyone wants acrylics, Kaylee (not sure if that’s how you spell it) is your girl!

Me and my five year old daughter had a mommy daughter spa date at this salon and we had a great time . They are gentle with the kids and offer complimentary water and juice . The deluxe pedicure was amazing . This will be my go to salon from now on. Pedicure, Manicure

I truly had such a great pedicure! Amazing! After having the absolute worst *from another local place, I waited 2 weeks and had Pamper nails transform my jacked up pedicure to something comfortable and beautiful. I had the deluxe pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed it. I left with a very trimmed up, even, clean pedicure! I appreciate you, very much! Thank you again.
