I enjoyed this nail salon! I came in as a walk-in and was seated quickly. The lady who worked on my nails did a great job and she was very nice. All I got was a gel manicure for $25 which was worth the price in my opinion.

They have a bunch of men working there now, and they are terrible. I saw my tech do 2 pedis before mine and not once did he clean or use a newly sterilized set of clippers. I saw skin on the nail clippers he used on me. He did not know how to cut ingrown nails, he hurt me and polish was messy. I wish i would of spoke up or walked out. Not coming here anymore. Also, they helped other people that got here after me and made me wait with my feet in the water, since some of the men only do full sets, not pedis, and the only woman worker decided to do a full set instead of my pedi while the men sat around with nothing to do.

Files them nicely, careful when using the drill on you, makes sure u are happy with color, shape and look. Leaves them very natural looking for acrylics. Lee’s across the plaza I got cut several times and they severely damaged my nails!! or 3D nails on Garey we’re u have to wait 1hr even with an appointment! 30 dollars for a manicure that looks worse than what i could do at home. If i’m paying that much and I’m not even getting acrylics I expect the whole nail to be painted and my nails to be a uniform length. Will not be going back

I used to come here all the time to get my nails done. My recent visit, the lady that mostly sits at the front counter was doing my nails. I had expressed to her my concern of my nails being weak and thin and that if she could not use the filing machine. She said no and proceeded to use every tip in her toolbox to file down my already thin nails. She then started to hurt my arms while pulling my hands. She did that about two times and the third time she did it I told her to please not pull me and she said to move closer. My arms can only go so far! And I let her know that I can’t move closer because we would hit knees. She then began to twist my arm and hurt my elbow twice! I let her know that she needs to stop bending my arms that way because it was painful! I didn’t proceed with getting color on the acrylics and she charged full price! Very disappointed she needs to be trained in customer service. I will not go back and I urge everyone to go somewhere else! I went to another nail salon across the freeway to paint my nails. I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life.

I’m so disappointed, I liked it here because the girls seemed very nice, but after today I don’t think I’ll come here again, the manager I think she is, cut me while filing with the machine, it kept bleeding, I was concerned, I don’t understand how they are not trained to be more careful while filing, they are dealing with peoples fingers and sharp tools my goodness. They never had a dry polish area I always have to dry my regular color with their mini fans which ruin the texture of the nail. I can’t deal with this.
