This is hands down my favorite salon in the Austin area. I’ve been to many but I love it here. They have always been respectful of my time and my appointments. I hardly have to wait any more than 10 minutes if I’ve scheduled in advance. The nail techs do a great job with my nails. I’ve rarely had a problem. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and at this point it feels like family here. Anytime a friend wants to go to a new salon I always end up regretting not going back to Pamper.

I’m very happy with nail salon. I’m a very simple person. I like pretty nails but don’t need a lot of extras. They didn’t try to upsell me, or make me feel like I’m “poor” because I don’t get extravaganza on my nails. What I got was nice service, with kindness, and ear for what I wanted. I will make this my home salon, and keep coming back.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. First off, I went in with long natural nails with hard gel on them. The guy who did my nails accidentally cut my nails because he thought they were acrylic tips, prior to him cutting I told him these were my natural nails. He ignored me and proceeded and was shocked when he cut and it was my nail like I told him.

I’ve been going to Pamper nails for several years now and I really love how my nails turn out. I usually get SNS (pictures a week later) and have also gotten acrylic on my nails and get on my toes. I am very pleased with all services and make it a point to come back. The pictures are nails done by Crystal and I can’t wait to start getting more designs. I recommend going during the day because after 5pm is usually the busiest. Even during busy times the staff will still get you in or at least started.
