My 1st time going in for a pedicure. It was theeeee worst experience of my life!! My technician was so rough on my feet. She drew blood twice on my cuticles, had no mask on and kept coughing withOUT covering her mouth. When she was finished, she just walked over to start on another client. She didn’t put any toe separators or pedi slides on my feet, she just walked off!! I asked another tech if she was going to do anything else. She spoke in Chinese to my tech, then told me she said she was going to come back in a little bit and put toe separators. 5 minutes later, I paid and left. I typically tip my technicians $15, but she hurt my feet. I will NEVER go back!! NEVER!!

The shop opened at 9:30 me and my friend who are both African Americans were the first ones to get there. Then three Caucasian girls came in after us but got serviced first. Not one person but THREE people got serviced before us even though we were the first ones to walk in. I hate to bring up race but that was total disrespect and discrimination I will not be going back.

# Very clean establishment. Atmosphere was quiet several customers in there before me. The owners was nice and friendly. My nail Technician was NIKKI and I really liked the service she gave. Pamper Nails had a 100 rating.

My gf has been going there for a while & they used to be great but now they’re slacking & rushing the nail process. Two weeks ago one guy rushed her because he had to go pick up his kid. Why start her nails if you know you’re not going to do your best? He made her nails thick & blocky and he didn’t even bother to put enough coats of polish on. Now, her new gel manicure is developing air bubbles & one nail even broke & she just got them redone 2 days ago. They also change the prices up daily & will tell you one price over the phone & say another price when you come in. Overall this is a last resort nail salon, she probably won’t be coming back. 2 stars because they have 1 or 2 good manicurists that are really nice.

TERRIBLE!!! One of the nails techs sliced two of my fingers with a nail file and still charged me full price! She also kept taking breaks to fix her hair and do whatever else, not even a week later my nails started to break I will NOT be back.

Nope. Absolutely nope. Asked for a fill in and they took all my nails off and put new ones on. So I paid $36 where I was told I would be paying $17 when I called asking the price. THEN my nails are crooked and lumpy. Did not pay $36 for this.
